Some of our services do have a cancellation policy. This is due to certain medications needing to be ordered in advance that aren’t stocked, or for certain staff and their skill sets coming in specifically for those appointments. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding with this and for providing as much notice as possible should you no longer be able to attend your appointment.
