The most common questions we are asked
Some of our services do have a cancellation policy. This is due to certain medications needing to be ordered in advance that aren’t stocked, or for certain staff and their skill sets coming in specifically for those appointments. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding with this and for providing as much notice as possible should you no longer be able to attend your appointment.
Yes, we have a ramp and automatic doors with plenty of room for wheelchair access. Some of our consultation rooms can comfortably accommodate wheelchairs and there is also disabled access for the toilet facilities.
We don’t have a designated carpark as we are located in the centre of the village, but there is ample parking around us in very short walking distance, the closest being right outside. Please be aware of your length of stay when visiting.
